Yetkili servise gelen bir araç hangi kontrollerden geçer?
Yetkili servise gelen araçlar genel olarak mekanik kontroller, elektronik/diagnostik kontroller, karoser-gövde kontrolleri, güvenlik ve yol tutuş kontrolleri, sıvı ve sarf malzeme kontrolleri ile müşteri şikâyetine özel kontrollerden geçirilir. Periyodik bakımda temel işlemler; motor yağı, filtreler, fren, lastik, sıvılar ve genel güvenlik noktalarının incelenmesini kapsar. Daha kapsamlı bakımlarda buna ilave olarak süspansiyon, direksiyon, aktarma, alt takım, fren hidroliği, buji, şanzıman ve modele göre hibrit sistem kontrolleri de eklenebilir.
Motor sistemi kontrolleri
Motor yağı seviyesi ve yağın fiziksel durumu kontrol edilir.
Motor yağı ve yağ filtresi bakım periyoduna göre değiştirilir.
Hava filtresi kontrol edilir, gerekirse değiştirilir.
Polen/klima filtresi kontrol edilir, gerekirse değiştirilir.
Yakıt filtresi bulunan araçlarda filtre durumu değerlendirilir.
Bujiler, ateşleme sistemi ve motorun düzensiz çalışma belirtileri kontrol edilir.
Kayışlar, gergiler ve ilgili döner ekipmanlarda aşınma/ses kontrolü yapılır.
Soğutma sisteminde radyatör, hortumlar, kelepçeler ve kaçak ihtimali incelenir.
Motor üstü ve çevresinde yağ, su veya yakıt sızıntısı olup olmadığı kontrol edilir.
Motor takozları ve titreşim durumu gözlenir.
ŞANZIMAN VE AKTARMA ORGANLARI KONTROLLERI
Şanzıman geçişlerinde anormallik, sarsıntı veya gecikme olup olmadığı değerlendirilir.
Manuel araçlarda debriyaj kavrama durumu kontrol edilir.
Otomatik/CVT şanzımanlarda çalışma karakteri gözlenir.
Aks körükleri, aks milleri ve mafsallarda yırtık/kaçak kontrolü yapılır.
Diferansiyel ve aktarma bağlantılarında ses, boşluk ve sızıntı kontrol edilir.
Şaftlı araçlarda şaft ve bağlantı elemanları incelenir.
